Murtech, a Veteran Owned Small Business, has supported the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense JPEO-CBD) for a combined tenure of 20 years. Murtech has significant experience supporting other critical CBRNE contracts with many Government entities, that include the Maryland Procurement Office (MPO) and the United States Marine Corps.
Our track record reflects the growth and maturity of extensive knowledge, hands-on experience, and programmatic successes that support the design, development, integration, production, fielding, sustainment and disposal of equipment that span the breadth of expected Joint Enterprise-Contracted Logistics and Support Services Task Orders. These are the factors JPEO-CBD can look to in projecting delivery of superior logistics and support services.
We have successfully provided complex solutions under fixed-price awards on previous efforts and are prepared with a substantial resource base to develop creative and innovative approaches to operational challenges for the JE-CLaSS community. The solutions we will provide are scalable, modular, and affordable options that will reduce cost and staffing. For example, to adapt to the changing program environment Murtech proposes to adopt a strategy of:
• Leveraging Super Field Service Representatives as much as possible
• Consolidating Equipment moves where possible
• Training uniformed personnel to assume more of the maintenance functions.
Each of these recommendations is intended to hold cost down while retaining current system operational readiness.
Murtech is prepared to provide all the necessary resources, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and non-personal services, to accomplish tasks as defined in the PWS at Government sites in the CONUS and OCONUS locations, such as, Afghanistan, and the Republic of Korea.
